2019 Semptember

KTP’s website needed to meet 3 very different user needs, Graduates, Academic Institutions and Businesses. Our approach included a deep-dive into these personas, understanding their motivations, pain points and hobbies etc to enable the UX team to design an optimal experience to meet all user and business objectives.

First and foremost the website had to deliver on the business KPI’s, but in addition to this, it needed a clean, elegant and highly usable interface with an element of surprise (check out the animated KTP logo!).

The KTP website has made it easier for Graduates to find and apply for an opportunity, expanding the reach of the initiative growing to over 800 businesses and 100 knowledge bases in 2020.
